need help! wip

alright so im making this rsx. and i need help on the lights. how should i make the lights shine. i use pse6. and if i were on gimp i would use addition but its on ps. also guys this still has alot more work on it. this is the just the first stage

add some dodge and blur on the car for lighting..

for the lights idk...

i would say just a soft brush or find a good default brush...

Or spice it up with some other nice cars around it with a city, or streetrace bg..

maybe its because ur like...coloring it in with pencil O_o

and tht bg would be pretty sweet...

maybe some rain or something..

or make the colors mono to set the mood...

like in burnout paradise city O_O
