I uninstalled it right after I installed it.

Naw I used Wubi, and ran it as Kubuntu.
Hah. Problem found :)
Wubi is much laggier because you're dependant on Windows to do everything for you, and Kubuntu used KDE, which is not as well supported as GNOME.

Ummm no?

I didn't even boot up windows noob.

Either way their graphics driver support for nvidia sucks.
So true. D:
Blame Nvidia for not taking the time to make Nvidia drivers.

Well if ubuntu is so good, why don't they do some weird crap to make it compatible with the windows drivers?
They can't because Nvidia calls the shots. If you really expect an OS to demand that Nvidia release Linux support you're insane. Nvidia is one of the most uptight GFX people IMO because they don't take the time to write Linux drivers.

maybe it's because an os without nvidia support isn't a real os?

Maybe it's because Nvidia is a bunch of jackasses who won't make Linux drivers?

Besides, it works, just use Envy. -.-

Infact, after looking through it seems about as easy as installing windows drivers.
