Interney Issues. Please Help!

I can't access internet from normal mode now. I have to go into safe mode with networking just to get on it. Please help!

go into safe mode... use your internet to get either a. Google Chrome (google it)
or b. get mozzilla firefox..... install the new internet browser then uninstall your old one.... try that

Uhm. I can't download anything.

It hasn't come up with anymore error messages but it had something to do with a file with a C++ in it. I'm sorry im searching for it atm.

HWV. I thank you for the help you've been to me lately and I'm glad you tried to help, but I figured it all out alone finally. I had over 20 viruses and I delete each one at a time. I want to join tech team because im very good at computers and my computer has been threw everything.
